We primarily sell factory-sealed trading card products.

Product photographs, descriptions, availability, and prices are provided for informational and purchasing purposes and may be updated at any time.

Because trading card products contain randomized contents, specific cards, characters, rarities, or pulls are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in the product listing.

FablePullsTCG is not responsible for the randomized contents of sealed products.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or remove products from our website at any time.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact you regarding the order and, when necessary, issue a refund for the unavailable product.

5. Pricing and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are accurate.

However, errors may occasionally occur.

If we discover a significant pricing, product, or availability error after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

We will not intentionally charge a customer more than the price displayed at checkout without the customer's consent.

Orders are not considered final until payment has been successfully authorized and accepted.

7. Order Cancellations

Customers have 1 hour from the time an order is placed to request a cancellation.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within this one-hour period.

After 1 hour, orders cannot be canceled because the order may already be processing, packed, or prepared for shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Our Return & Refund Policy governs eligible returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect orders, and missing items.

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

Opened sealed TCG products are generally not eligible for return, refund, replacement, or exchange, except where required by applicable law.
